Virtual Pub is a small, private site for friends. By using it you agree to these terms.
Using the site
- You need an account or a room password from the person who runs the site. Don't share your login.
- Be decent to the other people in a room.
- Don't try to break, overload or get around the site's security.
Files
- Anything you add to a room is stored and can be downloaded by everyone in that room.
- Only add files you have the right to share. Never add anything illegal.
- Files open inside the site only. Don't save files out of the site and open them on your computer; we can't vouch for what other people upload.
- There are limits on file types, file sizes and how much you can upload a day.
What we can do
- Remove any file, close any room, or block any account or IP address, at any time and without notice.
- Keep and share records as described in the Privacy Policy, including with law enforcement where required by law.
- Change or shut down the site, and change these terms. If the terms change you'll be asked to agree again.
No guarantees
The site is provided as it is, for free, with no guarantee that it works, stays up or keeps your files. Keep your own copies of anything you care about.
